Archer Aviation is developing the Midnight eVTOL aircraft, a 4-5 passenger air taxi with 12 electric motors and 6 tiltable propellers. The company has built a production facility in Covington, Georgia with Stellantis (Chrysler/Jeep parent) as manufacturing partner. Archer has partnerships with United Airlines and Japan Airlines, and is targeting the LA 2028 Olympics. The company raised $650M in Q3 2025 and acquired ~300 Lilium patents for $21M.
