Its CLI, MCP tools, and hosted dashboard coordinate planning, task ownership, execution, quality gates, handoffs, and verifiable completion receipts across coding hosts including Claude Code, Codex, and Gemini CLI. It is designed to keep multi-agent development aligned around a persistent source of truth rather than disconnected chat sessions.
