Control Plane is a cloud virtualization platform that composes infrastructure from bare metal, private environments, and services across AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, and Oracle Cloud into a unified application platform. It provides consistent deployment, routing, scaling, networking, and operational controls across heterogeneous infrastructure. Although its control-plane scope is cloud infrastructure rather than AI-agent governance, it illustrates the same architectural principle: separating centralized policy and coordination from distributed execution.
